Our strength based conditioning classes provide the right balance of classic strength movements – push, pull, hinge, squat and press, with a good kick of short and sharp high intensity interval training utilising constantly varied equipment. Our coaches will scale and progress movements for each participant, so this class is perfect for any fitness level.

TRX (50min)

Born in the U.S. Navy SEALs, this class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based workout.

Build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. TRX training will change the way you view exercise and will take your workouts to a whole new level. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Access your own EMS personal training session here at the Canggu Nest. Under the guidance of your own EMS trainer, your 20-minute session will intensify the contraction of your muscles during activity.
