Chia porridge
(2 persons)
1 dl chia seeds
2 dl milk (almond, oat or dairy)
2 dl yoghurt (soy or regular)
0,5 tsp vanilla powder

Fruit salad (banana, apple, grapes, kiwi, orange)


How to make it:
Mix it all together.
Put it to the fridge for a while if you have the time. It’s really nice to do it the day before so you can start of the day with an easy breakfast.
If you find it too thick you can add more milk or yoghurt.
Get your topping game on!


Healthy Banana Waffles
(4 waffles – 2 people)

2 bananas
3 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

0.5-1 tsp vanilla

0.5 tsp cinnamon (possibly more)

A pinch of salt

O,5 dl oat milk (or other type of milk)

Zest from 1/2 organic lemon

Zest from 1/2 organic orange

70g corn flour

30g almond flour

Coconut oil for the waffleiron



Soy yogurt


Fruit fx pears

How to do it:
Pre heat your waffle iron

Blend everything together in a blender or mini chopper.

Put coconut oil on the waffle iron.  Tips: Use a napkin to spread it out even.

Put in the mix in iron and bake for 3-4 minutes until the waffles are light brown.

And get your topping game on!


Blackberry Smoothiebowl
(2 persons)300g frozen blackberries100g frozen blueberries2 bananas1.5 dl almond milk (or other type of milk) A sprinkle of vanilla powderZest from 1/2 lime (or orange)  Toppings:Chia seedsPassionfruit


How to do:
Mix everything together in a blender. Add a little bit of milk at the time.
Ad more milk if it’s too thick or add some oats if it’s too thin.
Use your favorite toppings.
